Russell Bedford España Emprende (hereinafter "RB Emprende") is an online service that provides accounting, tax and labour support to entrepreneurs and startups in the growth of their businesses. These terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of the user and RB Emprende as service provider.
RB Emprende assumes that any user who uses the service has read and accepted the terms of use, and RB Emprende reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use without any prior notice, which will always be available at the web address www.russellbedfordemprende.es
ASEPYME BCN S.A.P with NIF A58262726 and address at Carrer Josep Irla i Bosch, 1-3 baixos, 08034 Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, Volume 7900. Book 7160. 2nd Section. Page 91300, provides the RB Emprende service through a collaboration agreement with the Holded Technologies, S.L. platform (hereinafter, "Holded"). (hereinafter, "Holded") in accordance with the terms set out below.
Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in termination of your account.

USER ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
To access the service it is essential to be over 18 years of age and requires prior registration on the RB Emprende website. In this registration you must provide, through an online form, a full legal name, an email address, a contact and all the information required by RB Emprende in the process of creating the account through the forms available to the user. Once the user has registered for the service, RB Emprende will activate an account for each new user on the Holded platform, to which it will give access to the contact person indicated on the registration form on the RB Emprende website.
It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful information, and RB Emprende reserves the right to delete any account if it is suspected of being untruthful or could breach any of RB Emprende's rules of use. Our entity is not responsible for the possible consequences that may eventually arise.
The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of their account. RB Emprende will not be liable for any damage or loss that may result from a user's failure to protect his or her login information.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
RB Emprende and Holded (or the other entities that may offer information through the website) own all the rights relating to Industrial and Intellectual Property, protected by Spanish and international legislation, of all the components of the Service that may be protected, including but not limited to the brands, design, graphic material and other content related to all the software associated with the Service.
Therefore, it is not permitted to use, copy, adapt, reproduce, transmit or manipulate, as well as any use that exceeds the use necessary for visiting the website and the use of the services offered. Making the contents of the RB Emprende website or the Holded platform available to users does not imply, under any circumstances, the transfer of ownership or the granting of any right of exploitation in favour of the user other than the use in accordance with the nature of the service.
RB Emprende will not claim rights over the Intellectual Property of the Content that the user uploads or provides to the Service. However, by using the Service to send content, the user accepts that third parties may view and share this content sent by the user solely and exclusively to ensure the correct provision of the consultancy service, with the dissemination, publication and/or distribution to third parties that are not linked to the provision of the service in question being strictly prohibited.
Russell Bedford and the Russell Bedford logo are registered trademarks of Russell Bedford, as are the logos or distinctive signs. Use of these marks requires permission from Russell Bedford. To request such permission, please contact us by email at contacto@russellbedfordemprende.es.
EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
RB Emprende shall not be liable for any interruptions that may occur in digital or telecommunications services, arising from or related to the RB Emprende website or the Holded platform, which prevent users from using the services offered. Likewise, RB Emprende shall not be liable for the websites to which it may refer through links, banners or other devices, nor for the contents that they may include in their portals.
Any decision adopted by the user, based on the contents accessible through the RB Emprende website, will be understood to be under the user's exclusive responsibility, assuming all the risks that may arise from it.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed and interpreted, if necessary, by the common Spanish legislation and, unless otherwise established in the applicable regulations, any dispute shall be submitted by the parties to the judges and courts of the city of Barcelona.
CONDITIONS OF USE
TYPE OF CONTRACT
The contracting of a RB Emprende payment plan starts when the user enters the card details and makes the first payment. Under no circumstances will payments or refunds be made. The limits of each plan are specified in the prices section of www.russellbedfordemprede.es/precios. If the user exceeds any of the limits of the contracted plan, he/she will have to change to a higher or personalised plan, with prior notice from the RB Emprende account manager.
RB Emprende reserves the right to modify the rates unilaterally, with prior notice to the users, who, expressly in writing to the following e-mail contacto@russellbedfordemprende.es or by their silence during the following 5 days of having notified them of the modified rates, will be considered tacitly accepted, without granting the right to future economic compensation to the users.
PAYMENT AND ACCESS
To make payments, a valid bank card is required. RB Emprende will periodically charge a recurring fee in advance depending on the type of plan the client has contracted.
In the event that the user wants or needs to change the plan, and therefore the tariff, the card will not be charged the new amount until the next billing date.
In the event of non-payment or return of the receipt, notice of default will be given and the ability to access the Service will be automatically lost. The data will be deleted within 30 days from the date of default.
No fees include any taxes or duties required by your governmental authorities. The user is responsible for the payment of these taxes or duties.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
You may cancel your account at any time, but you are responsible for all charges incurred up to that time, including the full monthly charge for the month in which you discontinue service, during which time you may continue to enjoy the service.
